Havde et fantastisk ophold på The Pacific Sutera Hotel. Værelset var rent, komfortabelt og havde en smuk udsigt. Personalet var venligt og hjælpsomt under hele vores ophold. Faciliteterne var fremragende, især swimmingpoolen. Morgenmaden var lækker med mange valgmuligheder. Beliggenheden er også bekvem og tæt på mange attraktioner. Alt i alt var det en vidunderlig oplevelse. Kan varmt anbefales, og jeg vil meget gerne bo her igen!

shangrila is a very good hotel and good service too but due to renovate my room from pool view to construction view. the reception staff told me i will get some refund of my money. Please make sure u pay me back.

A wonderful stay at Hilton Kota Kinabalu! The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond—even delivering a parcel to my room at midnight! The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering an impressive variety of dishes and plenty of delicious vegetarian options. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The warm hospitality and attention to detail made our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again!

Great location! hotel was clean and tidy. Spacious bathroom n toilet with enough toiletries. Huge king size bed.

An hotel with exceptional value for money and a great location, within walking distance to Asia City and Gaya Street. The rooftop restaurant, Roofyard, is definitely worth a try and is very comfortable.

Frotndesk at magellan is great. I like the girl manage my check-in and check out. Swimming pool have 3 inclue the olympic size pool (magellan and marina golf), gym have jacuzzi and sauna, kiddies playground (marina golf) my husband and my two girls love it. The staff is great and very well manage me,my husband and our two girls needs. Not enough time to explore pan pacific hotel but in future plan. Sorry to say this, the receptionist at 5 sails restaurant i am very dissappointed during our breakfast. Not well manage in house guest instead i have to do all the work for the receptionist for what i have paid. I did not bring along my veluable belonging around the resort because i want to relax and stress free. Just keep it inside safety box. I have to go up and down (room <> 5 sails) a few time just to fullfilled the receptionist needs. Without the receptionist saying sorry and think of solution instead guest service staff to apologize on behalf of the receptionist. I don't like it.
