Our driver, Mr Li was very nice and friendly. He drove very carefully as safety is his first priority. The Ninja/Samurai village was entertaining with the live shows. Hell Valley was amazing. Lake Toya was very scenic, while Lake Hill Farm has very tasty pizza and ice-cream! Highly recommended!

Interesting itinerary, very fruitful trip! The Ninja village was a pretty cool place for both kids and adults. Lake Toya was beautiful!
A big shoutout to our tour guide Catherine Lee (from HK). She made the trip really informative and was mindful of clients' needs/challenges. Very good at keeping everyone on time/schedule, yet was gentle and polite to the clients. The driver was absolutely skillful as well (we didn't manage to get his name but understand that he's the most good-looking driver in the company). He drove so smoothly and safely that the journey was really comfortable and pleasant despite the harsh weather. Bus was super clean too.

We had a great day tour and our guide was Sunny.
Our first stop was the snowmobile area. We didn’t try the snowmobile ride and just waited for the others to finish haha. There’s a waiting area where you can eat and their sweet potato is a must-try!
The second stop was the Lake Toya viewpoint. The sky was clear when we arrived so we were able to take photos.
Next stop was Lake Hill Farm. Honestly, there’s not much to see here—just two stores. One sells gelato, the other is a bakery. We only tried the gelato and it was nothing special.
Next was the Bear Ranch stop. Be prepared for the smell when you get closer to the bear cages! This was my least favorite stop. Although the bears look well-fed, they seemed bored and lazy. Personally, I think it would be better if the ropeway itself was offered as an optional activity aside from the bear ranch.
Last stop was Hell Valley. The sky looked beautiful with the steam rising from the valley making it a great way to end the tour.

The bus tour was very efficient. We were worried that it was a first come first served seating since we were boarding on the second meet-up location. Thankfully our tour guide arranged the seating accordingly.

Highly recommend the tour, easy to book, service was great, good transport. All planned well, our group was big, tour was bilingual in English and Mandarin. It was ok for me as I understand both languages. Just a bit short on each stop and a bit rush if u want to do shopping. But overall we managed to do shopping or eating during the stops. Really convenient for tourist. I would do the same next time to visit other areas.

I participated in a day trip from Sapporo to Noboribetsu and Lake Toya. From quickly creating a group chat after placing the order to sending location information and contacting individuals, to taking photos for tourists and having cash on hand throughout the entire trip, the overall experience was excellent. The itinerary was well-organized and compact, allowing us to experience the diverse pleasures of nature, culture, and leisure in one day.
The most impressive sight on this trip was undoubtedly Noboribetsu Hell Valley.
The moment I stepped into the valley, I was awestruck by a primal force. In the huge volcanic crater remains, the pale, jagged rocks intertwined with the exposed reddish-brown surface, resembling the wounds of the earth. Dozens of vents continuously spewed out scorching white steam, accompanied by a strong smell of sulfur, as if the earth was still breathing deeply. Walking along the trails, boiling turquoise hot spring pools and bubbling mud spouts were everywhere, forming a spectacular scene of ice and fire under the cover of winter snow. Overlooking from the observation deck, the entire valley was shrouded in mist, solemn and magnificent, making people truly feel the originality and grandeur of the earth's vitality.
Another unforgettable highlight was snowmobile riding.
The price was transparent (15,000 yen for a single rider, 20,000 yen for two riders), and the thrill of racing across the snowfield made my adrenaline soar. Our family of three each rode a snowmobile and enjoyed the ride in the snowfield. Thanks to our guide, Xiao Yan, who had prepared enough cash for us in advance, we were spared the trouble of exchanging currency on the spot. Although it snowed that day, it made the riding experience even more flavorful.
All of this perfect experience was inseparable from the professionalism and dedication of guide Xiao Yan and his team (team list in the picture).
1. Proactive and meticulous service: From preparing cash to responding to weather changes, she always arranged things before the guests even needed them, giving us peace of mind throughout the entire trip.
2. Professional and engaging explanation: Guide Yan was very knowledgeable about the geological origins of Hell Valley, the ecology of the Bear Park, and even the local culture. Her Chinese and English explanations were clear and lively.
3. Sincere, friendly, and heartwarming throughout: Guide Yan's smile and service were full of warmth, making the whole team atmosphere harmonious, as if we were traveling with a reliable friend.
A perfect trip, both encountering breathtaking natural wonders and experiencing impeccable professional service. If you also choose this route, I highly recommend Guide Xiao Yan and his team. Their dedication will elevate your journey. A dedicated tour guide team deserves to be discovered! Thank you!
