My Son Sanctuary is a must-visit for history lovers. The ancient Cham temples are stunning, with intricate carvings and a serene atmosphere surrounded by lush greenery. The site offers a deep dive into Vietnam’s rich heritage, and a guided tour makes it even more insightful. Go early to beat the heat and crowds. A perfect day trip from Da Nang!

It was a place where you could feel the romance of Vietnam's ancient history. Our guide Michael's explanations were easy to understand, and we had a fun time learning about Vietnam. Luckily there was only a little rain, but My Son was very humid and we were covered in sweat. The tour was half a day and the ruins were divided into several parts, so it was a little short to see everything carefully. We had a typical Vietnamese meal for lunch. In My Son, we watched dancing, made rice paper, and took a 30-minute boat ride at the end, so it was nice to have a lot of fun.

It’s not bad. The director knows a lot, but his English shouldn’t be too bad to avoid not being able to understand. You can also buy an APP with a Chinese guide on site.

Dont forget to redeem your physical ticket at the ticket counter. We purchased a tour to My Son, thought the QR will give us access, but the QR receive from klook is for us to redeem physical tick at the counter.

The trip was not bad, i think the price is quite reasonable as it include the transportation fee. Compare to other packages on klook, it has extra activities which is visiting the farmer house and boat ride, but that day is a raining day so it will be very cold during the voat ride

Our guide Ciao was exceptional both in knowledge and hospitality. Rice paper making was fun and learnt a lot of unknown historical facts. The tour highlight was amazing Vietnamese food experience at a local home.

My Son Santuary is fine however the tourguide was very talkative- while I understand the passion and vast knowledge, the information provided to each and everystone is OA for me. 😅 My Son can be DIY and can be completed in an hour if tourguide would only focus on the highlights and give tourist more time to take pictures than listen to him! Hoi-An was very nice, chill and our tourguide there was great. Overall pleasant experience with the tour- comfortable transfers, inclusion in the ticket price is value for money.
