Klook was very professional and kept us duly informed. Our driver Nhật arrived 15mins before to pick us up and he was friendly and a safe, good driver. We arrived at My Son in 40mins at around 8am. We almost had the place all to ourselves to explore at a leisurely pace. We had exchanged whatsapp with Nhật and we informed him 20mins before to pick us up after our visit to My Son Sanctuary and drop us off at our hotel. Smooth and fuss-free experience! Tip: Go early to beat the bus loads of tourists arriving from 9am. Highly recommended!

As a woman traveling alone with limited English, I felt secure using this service. It was my fault for not mentioning it, but it would have been nice if the car had been a bit cooler upon my return, as it was very hot. Also, everything turned out fine in the end, but I received a message the day before saying that there would be an extra charge if we didn't start before 6:00 AM, even though I had booked for 5:30 AM. I'm not sure if I missed that when booking? In the end, we started at 6:00 AM without any issues, so it was all good.

Even if you travel independently, there is not enough time to carefully look at every ruin. It is a bit lacking in promoting the Meishan Holy Land. For family travel, especially if there are elderly people in the family, the process can be difficult. You can pay VND 50,000 to extend the waiting time by 30 minutes. In addition, please note that the waiting time for the shuttle tram is relatively long on the return trip in the afternoon, so you need to reserve more time to avoid overtime.

Absolutely perfect for our needs. We were able to time our visit to mostly avoid tour groups and the driver waited until we were ready to return. Very prompt and safe driving.

Car is very comfortable. The driver is careful when driving also he waited for us until we can finish. It was long trip from Hoi An but it was worth it.

we left our hotel at 7am, we got there at about 8am which was perfect, we got there before the big crowds. It made for better photos and we had a toddler with us so less crowds was for the best

It is cheap to charter a car back and forth. I highly recommend it. The driver drives very carefully. It is recommended that you choose a larger car because it is far away from the beautiful mountain holy land. A larger car can be more comfortable. Because of the small children, we five adults called I’m really glad that I bought a 12-seater car! By the way, the driver will wait at the scene for 2.5 hours. Meishan Holy Land is huge, so you have to hurry up to visit it all. Be sure to wear sneakers! You won't fall!

The driver arrived on time at the hotel for pickup. Although there was a language barrier, the driver first asked about our nationality and then used mobile phone voice translation, which allowed us to communicate smoothly. On the return trip, the driver even helped us to be dropped off at our requested location and was very polite and attentive. The interior of the vehicle was clean, tidy, and comfortable, making the trip pleasant for our group of seniors.
