Banff Gondola tours

Our first time doing a tour. Layse was our tour guide she was sweet and funny. The views of the ride from Calgary to Banff was the most amazing moments we’ve ever experienced!🤩 We would like to do this again soon!

Both Johnston Canyon and Lake Minnewanka offer quintessential Canadian Rockies scenery while catering to different styles of exploration: Johnston Canyon provides an accessible, family-friendly trek along suspended catwalks through a dramatic limestone gorge to powerful lower and upper waterfalls, though it can become quite busy during peak hours; meanwhile, Lake Minnewanka offers expansive, serene alpine landscapes across a deep glacial lake, perfect for scenic boat cruises, kayaking, waterside picnics, and wildlife viewing beneath towering peaks

Before the trip, the travel agency emailed us to inform us that due to vehicle issues, our original Three Lakes tour was upgraded to Four Lakes. They also provided detailed pre-trip reminders, which was very thoughtful and considerate. On the day of the tour, our guide Kenneth was very talkative and knowledgeable. Through his introduction, you could feel his deep love for nature. He explained time management, photo spots, and tour routes very clearly and methodically, giving us a truly perfect and comfortable travel experience. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful time with this tour. Our tour guide/driver, Curtis was also great and very positive. We had a perfect weather during our tour and luckily on time at each destination. My only suggestion is to add more time for the Jonhston Canyon. One hour is not enough to hike/walk to the Upper Falls. Nevertheless, I can recommend this tour!
