The driver arrived on time, provided detailed explanations along the way, and drove smoothly. At each stop, they made sure everyone was back on the bus and even thoughtfully dropped guests off at their designated hotels. Although the return trip was an hour late, it was absolutely worth it! We visited every attraction, and you could freely choose between the gondola, hot springs, or downtown area without necessarily paying extra. Starting from and returning to the city center was very convenient, eliminating the need for an extra night in Banff and saving money on round-trip bus fares, which are more expensive than this tour. Highly recommended!
