In a place where elevators are rare, this hotel is a gem. I also like how accommodating the staff are. They are nice and they speak english. The place is clean and the bed is comfy. I would like to stay here again.

arrived 3am but the staff is very accomodating and kind. assisted me nicely. room is good complete and clean. i recommend this and tam biet to the receptionist ๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป

location is great. service is impeccable. food at second floor is really good too. gym is abit smaller but there is a guy Dzung willing to train you at no cost!

I've never dealt with staff as nice as the ones in Hanoi Aria. Thank you for your service. We had a great time here.

very pleasant and welcoming staff. however got a problem on the aircon and they did a repair while staying in the unit. but overall good

The location is not far from the railway, about a 5-10 minute walk. You can also walk to the city center, but getting a taxi is also very convenient. The included breakfast is a 1-minute walk to another branch. Be sure to try the pho for breakfast.
