This hotel was very enjoyable. Great quality for the price and located near Tokyo Tower. Very close to shopping, restaurants, convenience stores, coffee shops, and the subway. Loved the spa bath on the top floor, wished we did it sooner! The room as small and was very clean, only it was a little warm in the room so we had to crack the window most nights (visited in March). Would absolutely stay here again!

The best accommodation on this trip! I like classic hotels, but this hotel made me realize what modern luxury is all about. It was located in Aoyama, making it easy to get to Shibuya, Shinjuku, and Harajuku. Also, the staff's English was excellent, and the level of customer service was high. It was convenient to have a Korean staff member to help with my next itinerary or restaurant reservations. It was a pleasant trip!

Service: Very enthusiastic and patient, deserves praise. Hotel location: 5-10 minutes from the subway station, a bit far when dragging luggage, but acceptable, and there are many shops nearby. Breakfast: Order the main course from the menu, it's good, but I still prefer a buffet style. Cleanliness: Impeccable. Summary: Recommended stay.

This is my second time staying in this hotel and would definitely stay again when I return. The location is near in shibuya and have train lines direct to the famous spot. Donki and conbini is just few meters away. the neighboorhood is also quiet compared some cities.

the location is perfect! there are free bathroom products and other facilities to use. the staff is amazing and very kind. plus the 7/11 downstairs is also really convenient.
