It's my 3rd time to stay at Hotel Gracery Shinjuku, and the hotel service is still one of the best that I've experienced in Tokyo. Rooms are more spacious than average in Tokyo, and the conveniences of having an ice machine, coin laundry and a dedicated smoking room are the things I personally value in this hotel. Service from reception staff are also top-notch with their ability to converse in English specially for international travellers. Check-in and check-out process is also very quick and convenient. Location-wise, it's also one of my preferred locations for its proximity to several restaurant options, shopping areas and nightlife with friends and colleagues.

The exterior looks intimidating, but the space is huge! It's also very comfortable and well-insulated. Plus, you're right in the middle of the action when you step outside, and it's very close to the MRT station. I'd visit again!

Hotel Location: Not far from Kabukicho, very convenient for nightlife here in the evening. Cleanliness: Comfortable and clean. Service: Excellent! Transportation Convenience: Closer to the JR line, the subway requires a bit more walking.

It was truly a wonderful experience. I got a room on the 16th floor with a view over Shinjuku. The service was also excellent; when my bathtub leaked, it was taken care of immediately. The service was always extremely friendly, and the cleanliness was also outstanding. I was at Shinjuku Station in 10 minutes, and there were also 2 beautiful temples all around. I give my highest recommendation. I am very satisfied and would love to come back.

hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and they provided umbrellas on the rainy day. the onsen on the top floor was a great feature after a long day of travelling as well. would stay here again
