Thank you very much to today’s driver, Mr. Ren. Before the journey, he would predict the weather of the day and give tips on the journey. After arriving at the station, he would also take us to the ticket office to buy flights. He was very proactive and professional throughout the whole process, kind and polite. Our family also praised it. He hopes to have the opportunity to meet Mr. Ren again next time he orders a car. Linda was an amazing tour guide! She made sure to check on everyone during the entire trip and was very informative. We had recived news that it was cloudy but thanks to her wish we were able to see Mt. Fuji! All of the sites were magnificent. The itinerary was perfect and the buffet was delicious. At the end of the trip there was a malfunction of the A.C and the bus became very warm. Linda went above and beyond by opening all of the windows and constantly fanned every passanger with a booklet to help us stay cool. Moments like this can occur and Linda handled it extremely well! I am very happy and proud to have had Linda as my guide for my family and would 100% do this tour again. Thank you, Linda!

The tour is highly recommended. The only thing was that we didn't always understand the guide and had to run briefly so as not to miss the departure time. We mostly kept to ourselves during the stay, and during the bus ride, the guide told us something about the different places.

I like the itinerary, too bad there's no blue pond on July. I think shinsikai oka, kamifurano and tomita is nice but 3 farm on 1 day is a bit boring because they look quite similar in the end. But it's still a nice tour, highly recommended for first timer like me. Our tour guide Alex is the most chatty tour guide among others tour guide I've met in Japan. His fluent in Japanese, Mandarin and English and give a lot of good recommendation. I even saw him help other find her kids. Really nice and helpful. Btw, the bus is also nice and cool. In this summer, a cool bus is the best

Had a nice chill day out.. no stress and well taken care of by our guide David, who is helpful and friendly. Shared lots of food tips with us too. Strongly recommend if do not want to bother with all the transport and miscellaneous stuffs.

Charter a car to Kyushu Natural Zoo. With a driver, you can have a good rest. Moreover, because he is an experienced driver, he helps us plan our time so we don’t have to waste time waiting. The driver, Ms. Wang, is proficient in Chinese and is very kind! What a wonderful experience!

It was really a wonderful experience for me. Our tour manager Anna was very jovial and enthusiastic in entire tour. She explained Japanese traditions, history of the places really well. I had some dietary restrictions and could not had food there. But to my surprised, Anna came to me and offered me some soft drinks. This was beyond my expectation and it was very nice of her. Overall it was pleasant experience.

Daisy & our bus driver were awesome! The tour was very well organized and the stops were beautiful! I would definitely recommend this if you enjoy nature...just try not to go in the summer; its super hot & humid! LOL!
