Had a great stay at this hotel. Staff were attentive and quick with service. We were allowed to switch rooms when we made a complaint about our initial room. The hotel and room are also great, always clean and very luxurious.

Over all it is a great experience, maybe the Beach area can be improve but other than that the pool area, the resto all are amazing, hoping to visit again next time.

cleanliness: every area of the hotel is clean and they see to it that the monkeys will not affect your stay.
service: they offer extra service like room decoration and such

Easy transactions and very accommodating and responsive staff. The place is calm and safe as there was also a guard rooming around the place. The family room we've stayed is clean with complete toiletries and beddings. Thank you so much
