I had a booking for Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar from August 29–30, but unfortunately, due to severe flooding and bad weather, I was forced to cancel my trip. My booking was non-refundable and non-cancelable, so I initially thought I would lose the full amount. However, I really appreciate how easy it was to coordinate with Klook. Their team was understanding of my situation and, as a gesture of goodwill, provided compensation in the form of KlookCash. Although I was disappointed that I couldn’t continue with my trip, I’m very grateful for Klook’s understanding and consideration. Their customer service made a difficult situation much easier. The place is magical specially during the night. super romantic. the group just enjoyed so much. good weather so we got able to explore places and houses. The staff are nice at mababait. Masarap ang food.

no issues booking with klook, las casas acknowledged the reservation without any hassle. the place has very aesthetic buildings and landscape, and pleasing to the eyes both day and night. the staff are friendly and accommodating. however some things to take note of: - if you book a standard room, you may be assigned to a room at the upper floors of the "accessoria" or apartments. these buildings DO NOT have elevators. in our case, we were placed at the 3rd floor, so we had to carry our luggages up the stairs. his might be a problem for senior citizens or persons with mobility issues. i know having elevators will ruin the theme, and i have no issues about it, but it would have been better if it was mentioned on the room description prior to booking. - check-in process can be a bit chaotic, especially during the rainy season. since guests need to be transported by jeep from the reception house to their accomodation, it may take a while to get settled in. overall, still a nice stay.

A unique and memorable stay at Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar. The scenic views and rich historical atmosphere made the experience special. Food quality and value for money were excellent. Areas for improvement include customer service responsiveness and ensuring room amenities are fully prepared before guest arrival, especially when extra guests are booked. Overall, a great destination that I would still recommend to family and friends.
