The night view is beautiful, and the ticket exchange process is easy. The surrounding area is great for exploring, so you could easily spend an afternoon there and then head to the observation deck in the evening.

The staff were very friendly, and we had escort vehicles in front of and behind our convoy, which made us feel very safe. However, driving these small vehicles on the road, it was a bit nerve-wracking when large trucks passed by.
