Hakkijima is a bit far, but well worth the trip. Not only can you pay extra for a fishing experience where you can catch and cook your own fish, but you can also shake hands with small-clawed otters and feed red pandas, capybaras, and guinea pigs!

Life Aquarium. I came alone, and maybe it's because the weather is nice, but it felt like a dream garden. There are diverse things to see in each zone, and I could see marine life up close. The best... Next time I come to Yokohama, I will definitely spend a day here.

this place is not crowded snd you will enjoy to walk ariound. far from tokyo but away from lot of tourist. it was fun to see the animals specially the red panda, octopus, beluga, and many more.
