I had a very good experience. The stylists were friendly and did very good work. If you are new to this place, they anticipate your hair needs. They also have a nail salon, hairdresser and makeup. It’s a full service salon.

The counseling was very thorough, and they recommended treatments tailored to my skin concerns. We used a translation app for communication, but everything went smoothly without any issues. I received a lifting treatment, and I could see the results immediately, which made it a really great experience. I would definitely like to visit again when I come to Osaka.

The style was cute, fashionable, and perfect for the modern Japanese look I wanted. The hair color was also done beautifully. It turned out so vibrant and stunning, and the color seems long-lasting too. I’m beyond happy with how it turned out! The whole process was such a joy from start to finish. The salon’s location is perfect — very central and easy to find, right in the heart of Dotonbori. I got my hair done by Haruna, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result! She’s talented, fast, and fun to talk to. My hair is very long but she knew how to style it. We even used Google Translate to chat, and it worked perfectly — she made the whole experience enjoyable and comfortable. If you’re visiting Osaka and want a great haircut or style, I absolutely recommend booking with Haruna! 💇🏻‍♀️✨

it was a little confusing to find as they’re located on the 8th floor of a building with no sign outside, and they could not find my reservation, but all the girls are very nice and professional. She did an amazing job on my nails! Thank you!

Took a chance and booked the random deal off klook. I do not regret my decision. I had Rikuya as my stylist. There's a bit of a language barrier but it did not stop him from listening and using a translator to understand what ideas to come up with a style. I was able to give him free rein to do anything that would look good for my face style. He was gentle and thoughtful the entire process explaining everything. Results were amazing!
