I asked for a specific nail shape but was told I had to have square nails — no exceptions. When I requested an ombre design, I was also told no, only one solid color, even though the booking description listed ombre and glitter as options. The acrylic burned my fingers — not a normal reaction — suggesting harsh chemicals were used. The technician was rude, dismissive, and rushed the job. When I pointed out visible nail and skin under the product, she said, “It’s meant to be like that,” and just added a clear coat. The appointment was supposed to be two hours with design options and lengthening but was finished in under an hour. I even offered to pay extra for the ombre, but she refused. I left with nails I didn’t want, sore fingers, and a very poor experience. I wouldn’t recommend this salon — extremely disappointing.
