The room was upgraded to a large terrace suite, which was definitely worth the price. The terrace faces Hong Kong Ocean Park, offering an open and truly beautiful view. However, the air conditioning in the room could use some improvement as it was a bit warm. The best part is its convenient location, just a 5-minute walk to the subway station and close to a large shopping mall with various restaurants.

Excellent value. The full ocean view was impeccable, and all the staff were smiling and eager to help. We were very lucky to have chosen this hotel.

Great service! I especially love the hotel pool, with its big and small slides perfect for both adults and children. The ocean view room is beautiful!

This is my second time staying here! It's still so much fun and perfect for families. The pool is super beautiful, and the kids had a blast playing in it! Last year, there was a kids' bath and cleansing kit provided, but it wasn't available this year. Since I was expecting it, I didn't bring any, so we had to use adult body wash. Luckily, my child didn't have any allergic reactions, but this detail did lose some points! As a family-friendly hotel, the hotel should provide kids' bath and cleansing kits. The baby bathtub and panda-shaped bathrobe for kids are extremely adorable!

The room is large and comfortable with an incredible ocean view! The pool also has a full ocean view! Very satisfied!

The staffs are nice and very accommodating. From pool, playroom and buffet staffs especially the trainee from the concierge named Lada. She even upgraded our room with a nice view when i mengiined that it's my husband's birthday prepared cake for him. my 2yrs old son enjoyed his 2.5 hrs at the kid's pool on our first day. He had a great time at the pool and at the play room as well. The breakfast buffet is amazing. A lot of choices to eat. Highly recommend and we will definithely come back for our next staycation. oh i forgot to mention, the room is clean👍.

Giving this 5 stars so this review doesn't get buried! It really deserves 2 stars, and that's being generous 😤. Went to play with the kids and booked a one-night hotel stay with breakfast and dinner! Had to pay a $2,000 deposit upon arrival, which we paid with a credit card. A week later, the hotel charged us almost $1,900! Called the hotel to ask what was going on, and they said they would email us a breakdown. A day went by with no email, so we sent an email to the hotel, still no reply! Waited another day before a hotel employee called to apologize, saying they didn't realize we had the dinner buffet included and charged us for that night's dinner 😠. They deducted money without informing the guest what it was for! Just a simple "sorry" and now we have to wait another month for the refund to be credited back to the credit card! So much for a 5-star hotel 😕. That night's buffet was a disaster. Even though we emailed them beforehand stating that there would be a child, they didn't arrange anything and even got the reservation name wrong, giving us a table for two, which was extremely cramped! Clearing tables was slow! Their service was terrible! Even though we emailed and asked everything in advance, they still messed it up! And they deducted money from the guest! If we hadn't checked our bank records, we would have been charged almost $1,900 for no reason 😡😡😡😡

The price with breakfast included is a great value. The quality of the breakfast buffet is consistently good, and they even surprised us with a small birthday cake. I choose this hotel every time mainly because every room has a bathtub, allowing me to enjoy a good soak and relax after a tiring day.
