We had a great stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff were kind and accomodating. The free shutlle was a great help. They also provide water refilling stations. We will book here again.

We had a great stay. The free shuttle bus from and to the airport and hotel was a great help. as well as The free shuttle to and from MTR Tungchung to hotel. The hotel's location was ideal for our itinerary... NgongPing cable car, Disneyland and bus to Macau and City gate outlet Mall. Rooms were very clean and confortable.

Check in process was seamless. Staff were kind and accomodating. The hotel's location is ideal, easy access to airport, mtr, disneyland, bus stop going to macau, ngongping cable car and city gate outlet mall. The hotel shuttle was a great help. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We had a great stay.

the location is great for our itinerary for those days. near the tourist destination. the hotel staff are all attentive and nice. the hotel shuttle also are amazing,great help for us going to mtr and back to hotel. very easy to check in and out. over all everything was great 馃グ馃グ馃グ

This hotel is highly recommended. From free shuttle service to/from the airport and to/from TungChung Station, to the accommodating staff, clean and very beautiful room. I booked 3 rooms, and since we travelled with senior citizen and a child, i requested for rooms closer to one another and in the lower floors if possible. my requests were granted and they booked us very close to the elevator on the 6th floor. Rooms were cleaned and supplies were replenished everyday.
