hotel was nice staff were great. had a 7/11 beside and easy access to airport bus

Its location is so great, there are different restaurants in the area (Korean, Malaysian, Thai, and Vietnamese). There are 7/11, Circle K, a pastry shop (that sells very delicious pastries, especially the egg tart and mochi!!), and Starbucks just across the street. There's also a tram stop in frontt, and a bus stop across the street, so it's really great for a smooth transpo experience. The lobby smells so nice. The rooms were perfect in terms of cleanliness, space (in our case it's for 3 pax, and it's spacious enough compared to other hotels in HK), and service. They don't have free amenities like a toothbrush and toothpaste, but it's due to a policy by the HK to lessen the use of single-use plastic. The AC was working. The fridge initially did not work, so we asked for a replacement, and they replaced it within the hour.The bed is not that soft but its spacious for 1 pax. Overall, my expectations were exceeded. It also only takes 1hr ride of bus (A10) from the airport to the hotel.

While the stay itself was okay, the staff weren't very welcoming and were hard to communicate with due to a language barrier. Additionally, complimentary water, coffee, and tea were only provided on the first day, which wasn't enough for our three-day stay. On the positive side, the location is excellent—it's very close to supermarkets, fruit stores, and easily accessible MTR stations.

We had 5 nights at the BWP in Sai Ying Pun. We chose that hotel because among the other hotels in its price category, it had relatively larger rooms and more space was important to us. It filled that expectation very well -- we were quite comfortable there. The room was serviced daily and the housekeeping staff was very helpful. The neighborhood is very "old Hong Kong" with lots of small shops and eateries; we enjoyed that a lot. The windows were double-glazed which was important in filtering out some of the traffic noise from Des Voeux Rd. Wes. It was a 10-minute walk through long tunnels to the MTR platforms. One great amenity for us the presence of a laundromat room for guests -- we could wash and dry our clothes and the machines provided their own soap, so we didn't need to buy that. The fitness center didn't have much equipment at all, and the computers don't work and useless. Put out of order sign on them.

love how they're helpful they are in everything. love how they cleaned the room and changed the towels everyday and this hotel is near with stores and restaurants. we'll definitely coming back.

stayed one night at Best Western Plus Hong Kong in April and loved its location. It’s right in front of the Ding Ding tram and just a short walk to two MTR stations—HKU and Sai Ying Pun—making it easy to get around. The area has plenty of local charm, with shops and eateries nearby. Overall, a convenient and comfortable stay—perfect for travelers wanting easy access to transport. It’s also few minutes away to Macau Ferry terminal

loved it here! it’s near causeway bay, disneyland, & airport! booked 2 rooms for a family of 6 & 3 kids. staff were very accomodating. :)
