The staff included some who spoke English, and even when we didn't understand English, they used a translation device to communicate with us, so we had no trouble communicating. Also, they brought our luggage to our room, and the staff were very kind and friendly, so we had a pleasant stay.

It was so much fun! You should definitely ride Tron, Zootopia, and Pirates of the Caribbean! I was nervous about my first time in Shanghai, but there were a lot of friendly cast members in the park. There were also a lot of meet-and-greets, so I definitely want to go again!! The wait times are considerable, but manageable. 😊

This is a very good hotel. I stayed here for 2 nights. All the staff were very helpful and always greeted me. I arrived at the hotel at 8 am and was able to leave my luggage, which was very convenient. There's a shuttle service to the amusement park all day, and the wait for the shuttle wasn't long. I received amusement park tickets ahead of time for the next day and was able to enter through the entrance for hotel guests, so I didn't have to walk far at all. There are photo opportunities all over the hotel. It's clean, and there are staff mopping the floors constantly. The bedroom is decorated nicely, the bed is soft and comfortable, and the TV has cartoons to watch, which was very enjoyable. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely stay here again.

This time, I stayed at the Shanghai Toy Story Hotel with my family of six, including elderly people and children. The overall experience was excellent, and I would definitely recommend it to families with children! Biggest highlight: Enter Disneyland 1 hour early! This advantage alone is worth the price! Entering the park early allows you to easily enjoy popular rides without having to squeeze with others or wait in long lines. The elderly and children can all enjoy themselves much more comfortably. Thoughtful room arrangement: Connecting rooms designed for easy care The hotel knew we had elderly and young family members, and proactively arranged connecting rooms. The two family units are interconnected but also have privacy. It's very convenient to take care of children and elders at night. I really have to commend this! The hotel as a whole is full of "Toy Story" theme elements, from the lobby to the room details are full of childlike fun. The children were extremely excited as soon as they entered the hotel! The staff is friendly, and the environment is clean and tidy. Although the rooms are not super luxurious, the price-performance ratio is very high for families whose main purpose is to play at Disneyland.

The Caribbean atmosphere was amazing! I was most looking forward to the Zootopia area, but it really felt like I was entering the world of Zootopia, and I was able to do the greeting for a long time ♡ It was the best to meet Judy and Nick ♡

Besides being a paradise for children, this place is also a place to heal adults' hearts and rediscover their childlike innocence. We especially chose to come and play before Halloween. It was a pity that we couldn't see the Halloween villain parade because of the rain. I hope I have the opportunity to come back to this magical and joyful place again.

The shuttle bus to the airport, Disney, and Yu Garden makes it easy to get around even if it's your first time in Shanghai. The hotel room was also great! It only had a shower, but I guess sometimes it's okay not to have a bathtub. Room service was reasonably priced, piping hot, and very filling. A robot delivers it! I was happy that the drinks in the refrigerator were complimentary, and it's nice that there is coffee and tea in the lobby. It was the perfect hotel for us.

The Toy Story elements throughout the hotel were adorable. There was also a shuttle bus from the hotel to the park, and it was very convenient because there were many buses!
