A lovely place to stay. Super convenient, with great services and very friendly staff.

The hotel is conveniently located a few minutes' walk from Higashi-ginza Station, and about a 13-minute walk to Tsukiji Market. Umbrellas are also available for guests to use in the hotel lobby on rainy days. What I was most satisfied with was that there was a water dispenser on the guest room floor, so I didn't have to wait for the water to cool down before drinking it.

Hotel Location: Excellent, just a few minutes' walk to Ginza. Breakfast: Perfect, the buffet breakfast is impeccable. Cleanliness: Extremely clean. Service: Top-notch, the best service I've experienced at a hotel.

the room is smaller than I am usually accustomed to. the staff is great and the location is really good. it's accessible to other usual parts of Japan you will usually go to, including ginza, roponggi, Shinjuku, Tokyo station, ueno, Shibuya and harajuku. it's also accessible via narita airport

Hotel Location: Super convenient location with a Seven-Eleven, Family Mart, and Lawson downstairs. Don Quijote is a 3-minute walk away. Very close to major department stores, including Ginza Six and Ginza Mitsukoshi.

this was an amazing stay! perfect location and we ended up staying here twice once at the start of our trip and once at the end.

amazing, great service, great room. The onsen was a fantastic experience.

breakfast was so delicious and the service was phenomenal. room was clean and comfortable. loved the soap in the bathroom and view of Tokyo tower from our window. would definitely rebook again. friendly staff.
