satisfied customer.tne place is in d center of hanoi old quarter..just near the famous landmark hanoi train,coffee shops ,and restos.the place is clean,the desk clerk can speak english and very accomodating😊

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel for 2 nights. The location is nice & quiet and convenient as well as it is near the Old Quarter and Train Street. The triple room that we booked was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable and the toilet was nicely equipped. The staff was commendable- particularly Henry, who welcomed us and gave us plenty of helpful tips & answered all of our queries. Overall, this is an affordable decent hotel with great service. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

We had a very wonderful stay at queen cafe hotel. Very very clean, bed linen smells so good, helpful staff. Good price! Definitely we will use this hotel again on our next trip to Vietnam.

It has a lift but there’s a flight of 15 steps up to the main entrance. Luckily the staff came out to help us. Needed help to set up the tv. Room is big and came with a view. Location is good if you like street food. Found the hair dryer in the drawer. 😉

book 1 nite. clean and modern look hotel. nice room with strong wifi. near to train street just a 5min walk away. abt 20 min walk to the lake. if take grab to the lake just 5 min ride and cost less than 40k dong. breakfast spread was excellent with western n chinese dimsum . rooftop bar offers a splendid view ... esp nitetime the landscape was stunning.

This hotel was a great choice for a last night in Hanoi. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was very nice. The hotel held my bags for several hours when I checked out so I could finish my errands and events before I headed to the airport. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. As an American, I found it very comfortable and a great value. I booked a protional rate through Klook and had no troubles checking in.
