First of all, it was so easy to communicate because there were Korean-speaking staff available at all times. And all the staff were so kind. It was also really convenient to get around because it's located in the heart of Shibuya. The room was clean and I'm satisfied.

big space and clean. complete with food stores near the hotel. train station is beside the hotel. very convenient but not so near the tourist spots

Excellent location! Just steps away from many restaurants and shops. Everything was very clean and the service was great.
