as a 1st timer in New York i would 100% recommend staying in Pods Times Square. near to all cafes, restaurant, broadway,subway and just a few blocks away from Times Square. staffs are really nice. Room is so clean. Bed is so comfy. i will definitely stay again.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but it's very close to the subway station, so consider it if you're on a budget.

hi! 1. wifi not working in the hotel, not in room and public area. 2. no fridge at all. 3. the bathroom sink is blocked and took time for the water to flow through. hotel staff - Sunny, is very friendly and helpful.
cleanliness: there are cockroaches in the room.

our room is clean and bigger compared to Yotel in London. The size of the room is decent and we were lucky enough to have a kettle and refrigerator in the room.
