Fantastic
I had an amazing stay at the AC Hotel! The property was clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the atmosphere made for a relaxing experience from the moment I arrived. A special shoutout to Rush at the front desk. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. He answered all of our questions with a smile and made the check-in process seamless. Exceptional customer service like his truly makes a difference and is one of the reasons I’d happily stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay Thank you, Rush, and the entire AC Hotel team for a wonderful experience!

Solo stay

Downtown Manhattan is not the first place that springs to mind as a destination for staying in NYC. As a former longtime resident it hadn't occurred to me until I had an event on short notice for which it made sense. I was pleasantly surprised by this well-located, simple, and friendly Marriott hotel. New apartments, restaurants, and other amenities are sprouting up in the neighborhood and it is easy to get to New Jersey or Brooklyn or Long Island if you leave at the right time. One word of caution: do not try to find a parking garage that is open 24 hours, even if they claim that billing online. Otherwise a hidden gem, and probably not for long.

Good

Stayed with partner

My stay at the AC hotel wasn’t too bad. The staff was pleasant however, the rooms could’ve been cleaner (the shower.) Also, rats were in front of the establishment when coming and going at night which is kind of scary being that the hotel has sliding doors that are opening and closing frequently.
