Stayed with family

Overall great experience, clean, friendly and professional staff. The hotel restaurant was great with a wide variety. Housekeeping did a great job and the front desk was excellent. I would definitely book this hotel in the future.

Stayed with kids

The shower was not very clean. There were two shower heads and we couldn't use the handheld spray because it was a little slimy and moldy. Room was kind of small for 3 people just because of there is nowhere to keep suitcases. I will say bed and pillows were really comfortable. Staff seemed confused but I think some of them were training

We arrived after midnight and bathroom was absolutely filthy. Had to change rooms at 1am which was less than ideal. Second room was clean but the entire situation ruined the experience. Elevators were also slow.

Not huge on leaving reviews but the stay was perfect for a night out. It was really nice and close to the piers. The important stuff: -clean rooms -spacious double -elevators were quick for a Saturday -great shower pressure for the city, loved the rainfall showerhead -helpful and friendly staff
