Great location (close to Penn Station and very walkable to major attractions like Times Square, Rockefeller Center, theatre district). Nice amenities like water bottle provided in-room and refillable station in lobby. Friendly staff and fun hotel - would stay again!

Cosmo King Room · 2 Adults · 6 Nights

We arrived around noon and were warmly welcomed. Despite a 4 PM check-in, we were allowed to check in early since our room was available. The room is small, typical for NYC, and with two large suitcases we had to take turns opening them. The room includes a hairdryer, with iron and ironing board available upon request. Although the hotel was prepaid, there is an additional on-site amenity fee. We loved the reusable Staypineapple water bottles, refill stations, and complimentary water, coffee, snacks, and cookies in the lobby. The staff were friendly, the decor was stylish, and after checkout they stored our luggage while we explored before a night flight. Great location in Hell’s Kitchen near Penn Station. Hot and cold shower. No slippers, but bathrobes provided. Would recommend and stay again.
