Neither my friend nor I drive, so we chose this skydiving experience because it was the only one with city pickup. On the day, we went to the meeting point shown on Google Maps based on the provided address (Normanby Road 3006), which led us to a spot in front of a travel agency. However, it was the wrong location. Fortunately, the staff called proactively, and we were able to get on the bus (although they seemed to think we were late, which wasn't the case). The correct meeting point is at the Southbank Tram Depot station, so don't trust Google Maps. The skydiving experience itself was great. The instructors are very experienced, jumping 7-8 times a day. The plane is a bit old, but it doesn't affect the experience. I would recommend purchasing the third-person perspective video when jumping from 15,000 feet. We met at 7:30 AM and were back in the city by around 12:00 PM to be dropped off. Overall, the trip was very cost-effective.

the skydiving experience, in general, was exhilarating and thrilling -- a true adventure of a lifetime! However, I was disappointed to learn that a third-person camera which films the jumps, is not offered during my experience, which is different from my friend's experience and online comments. It would have made the memories even more special if it is offered.

Terry delivered a solid tour on 2 Dec 2025. He knew his country well, stayed patient and kept the mood light. The Puffing Billy train ride was the highlight. I spotted an echidna, several kookaburras and many brown bunnies. He also brought us to scenic places that showed the region clearly. Dinner was fresh fish and chips at one of his favourite spots. The Penguin Parade gave a close view of the penguins returning to shore and it felt special to watch. I left with good memories and would recommend this tour for a smooth and enjoyable day.

It's a good thing we made it to the last week of winter or else we would not have seen the majestic Mount Buller

Starting the day with a cup of coffee and enjoying the Melbourne scenery from the car, the tour guide introduced the city's highlights. We saw beautiful sea views at San Remo, and after crossing a bridge, we arrived at Phillip Island. Our first stop was Phillip Island Winery, where the sommelier introduced us to five wines: white, rosé, red, and sparkling rosé. They also prepared a platter for us to pair with the wines, including ham, cheese, grapes, figs, crackers, and bread. After the wine tasting, they served us various flavors of pizza, salad, and fries. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was great. Then, we headed to the Koala Conservation Centre, the Nobbies Centre, and the Penguin Parade. The coastal scenery along the way was spectacular and beautiful. The koalas and penguins were very cute, making the whole trip fulfilling and fun!

Our guide is very friendly and helpful. He is also very patient and offer to take pictures. We enjoyed the tour in 12 Apostles as well as the National park as well as the scenic great ocean drive. It was beautiful.

great views! it was a bit fast paced during the hike so not recommended for beginners. our guide was okay, not energetic but will provide necessary info if needed.
