The hotel's hot springs, outdoor bath, and panoramic views of Mount Fuji are best enjoyed in the morning. The breakfast is a buffet, and the taste is similar to Hong Kong cuisine. The dinner buffet is about 250 Hong Kong dollars per person, which is a reasonable price, and the taste is about 70% satisfactory. For the room, I booked one with a full Mount Fuji view this time. The scenery is first-class, but the room is a bit small. The hotel has a common room with laundry facilities, a microwave, and other amenities. The staff service is average, so please don't have high expectations. The hotel has its own dedicated parking lot. Remember to get a free parking pass at the front desk. After checking out, guests can park until 2:00 PM, so you can continue shopping after checking out.

The hotel features a complimentary lounge on the first floor for guests to relax in, and a Lawson convenience store is right next to the hotel exit for easy shopping. Staying here provides easy access to Shizuoka's surrounding attractions, as well as convenient options for shopping and dining.

This hotel is always my first pick if I plan to visit the outlet. They offer nice room with view, nice onsen with free ice-cream, nice supper with free ramen and coffee, nice foot bath with Fuji mountain view. Highly Recommend!

This was my first time booking a hotel through Klook, and I found it very convenient. The price was also better than other platforms. This hotel offers sea views, and you can even watch the sunrise the day after tomorrow – the scenery is absolutely stunning. It felt incredibly relaxing and pleasant. The room also had a tatami area with a table, which was perfect for late-night snacks and allowed four to six people to sit and chat together. When I booked, I informed the hotel it was a birthday trip, and they thoughtfully decorated the bedroom specially, which was a wonderful surprise. There's also a hot spring available from morning until midnight, with a regular pool and a massage pool. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus service at designated times: from the hotel to Atami Station every half hour from 9 AM to 12 PM, and from Atami Station to the hotel from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM. I stayed from the 9th to the 12th, and I truly didn't want to leave. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance. Cleanliness: It was acceptable, though a bit old. Transportation Convenience: You can take the hotel's shuttle bus to and from the station and the hotel at designated times. Alternatively, you can walk downhill to the hotel, but walking to Atami Station requires going uphill. Hotel Location: The scenery is superb. You can walk to the hotel from the station, but it's a downhill walk of about 10 to 15 minutes. Service: The hotel staff were friendly.

This was our kids' favorite hotel throughout the entire trip. It was spacious and clean, and even had a washing machine with detergent pods. We were lucky to be assigned room 904, which had a beautiful view. Unfortunately, it was cloudy for most of our 3-day, 2-night stay, so we only caught brief glimpses of Mount Fuji. If the weather had been clear, this room would have offered a truly stunning view of Mount Fuji. We look forward to returning in the future. Driving to the outlet mall was very close and convenient. However, there's room for improvement with breakfast; more options would be better.

We had an unforgettable time here. We enjoyed the Japanese breakfast and the dinner menu. Everything was completely different and incredibly delicious over the three days. The onsen (hot springs) were all very beautiful, and we made extensive use of them. Furthermore, the ryokan (traditional Japanese inn) was simply incredibly beautifully decorated. There was a small garden with koi fish, and we could observe the river from many vantage points. The town itself is also very charming, offering a beautiful shrine, a magnificent temple, and many small shops and restaurants.
