It is very easy and convenient to get the ferry service via Klook app plus I can save some money using the credit card voucher. Then just need to get the ferry tickets at the terminal counter, for your convenient ferry departure time.

This is my first time trying this cross-border bus service into Johor Bahru (boarded from Changi Airport T1 Coach Bay). The bus left on time, entire journey was smooth and efficient. I highly recommend it.

Traveling with this car is comfortable because there is enough leg room for everyone, even if I have a child with me.
We departed on time, and it only took around five hours to reach Malaysia from Singapore.

This is one of the best deal here in klook. upon arriving in Terminal 1, we just went down and look for Kele store and the staff is so helpful! she even registers our sim cards for us! and the Nets Flashpay is so convenient that we just had to tap and play- Oh! the Tarts are huge plus for me too! as we we’re able to bring it back home and share with our families! Just a note (Philippines) that if you’re using a phone that is registered as postpaid (the one you got from your network provider) it won’t allow you to use the simcard so you need to have a back up phone that you can switch sim cards with. Overall, good experience and highly recommend!

Bus was easy to find and check in too. Reached Melaka from Singapore in about 4h (but note everyone got off at Sentral instead of say Hatten Hotel etc). Bus was clean and left on the dot. There is 45min wait time in immigration (by policy at least, not sure if enforced). Seats could recline, but no seatbelt. Overall good trip
