Given this excellent experience, I will absolutely be purchasing this pass again from Klook for my future trips.

Traveling with this car is comfortable because there is enough leg room for everyone, even if I have a child with me. We departed on time, and it only took around five hours to reach Malaysia from Singapore.

We arrived 25 mins earlier than scheduled departure and there is a bus departing, we were allowed to ride the bus so we are at the airport earlier. It was a good early morning ride, driver was so accommodating.

Everything went smoothly for the transfer from Kuantan to KL. The transport provider emailed me and the driver Mr Jaya WhatsApp me one day before the trip. Even though the pickup was scheduled for 12 noon, we saw Mr Jaya’s van parked beside the hotel at 10.30am. Mr Jaya was patient, giving my elderly parents time to slowly board and alight from the van. He was also considerate, stopping twice during the 4.5-hour journey for us to take toilet breaks. He also helped us to load and unload our luggage and bags, and drove carefully, ensuring our safety.

Hassle free, bcos of my family fun size, we always have to split into few grab car however by taking this service we can go to Genting Premium Outlet as family. Mr Jefri is so frenly and very nice person. He texted a day before and very polite when texting. However I hope they will just standby extra stool or steps extension.

Oh no, I almost missed the bus because the bus waiting location wasn't the same as what was ordered. The driver's WhatsApp number wasn't actually the bus driver who was driving. Thankfully, the person who wasn't the real driver was really able to help via WhatsApp call. You have to be smart and diligently ask anyone you meet at the location.

The pick up was smooth and they were on time. The driver communicated with us a day before the pick up and provided clear instructions. We booked them too for our trip back to SG.
