Extremely awful. After placing the order, the pickup location and detailed itinerary were confirmed. However, on the day of, even the pickup location was incorrect. All 18 of us had already departed and arrived at the agreed-upon location. They said it was best to meet at the hotel, which was completely different from what was previously agreed upon. Then, they weren't punctual. We booked a chartered car for ten hours, but the driver would drive to other locations. We'd come out and couldn't find the car, and they wouldn't answer the phone. The charter company also wouldn't answer! It was terrible. If you want to experience being abandoned and not knowing when or if the car will pick you up, you can use this service.
