The bus was comfortable and the overall journey was good. The booking and boarding process were smooth, and the staff were helpful. However, the travel time was longer than expected due to traffic and border clearance. Still, it was a convenient and affordable way to travel from Singapore to Malaysia.

If you have more than 6 people chartering a car, choosing round-trip transfer is definitely the right choice. Great service and foods provided!! Please do opt for the dinner. We had it at the restaurant after the trip which we made our way there. Fresh seafoods. Photo of the firefies and blue tears were too dark. Feeding of the sea gulls and eagles were great! Will do it again.

We had a wonderful four-day stay, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The bartender, Puad, provided us with five-star service throughout our visit.
