The staff were so friendly when I arrived. The room too was clean, although I have a bit of a problem with the cleanliness of the aircon (I am very sensitive to air due to my asthma). It was too bad that the pool and the skydeck was on renovation, I couldn't visit it. I still would definitely book next time I come back to El Nido

The place is extremely beautiful and the staff is very accommodating. I was able to check in earlier than 3:00 PM without any extra charge, so I was able to settle in right away. Thanks for the hospitality, El Nido Bayview Resort! 🧡

The manager and the rest of the staff are warm and friendly. The room is very clean with complete amenities. Location is beachfront and the buffet is superb. The manager/ owner's sister were also very helpful in all our tours in El Nido. It really was an amazing vacation. The hotel is very homey. They even set up the room with flower petals and designed it with a Happy Anniversary greetings. Coffee is provided every morning basta I couldn't ask for more. This was the most amazing hotel experience I ever felt, the warmth and friendliness of all the staff is the best in this hotel. We will definitely come back. Highly recommended for those who are looking for a serene and peaceful but fun vacation as it is a bit far from the noise of the town center. Transportation is very accessible too, the manager also helped us with our daily transportation. Nearby shops sell goods at a reasonable price , even restaurants nearby doesn't overprice. Cleanliness of the beach is also maintained. Superb!!

Perfect stay, super friendly staff and they remembered our names always. Room was very cozy and clean, breakfast was good. Only thing that might have been better was the Wi-Fi but not the most important since we were here for relaxing

There's a convenience store right beside the hotel, making it easy to buy water & other essentials. It's also within walking distance of El Nido Town Square and the port.
The staff were very accommodating and thoughtful. They sent me a list of recommended restaurants and places to visit. During my stay, I got wounded and requested a bandage and Betadine. They promptly delivered both to my room and I really appreciated their kindness and quick response.
The only minor issue was with my room booking. I booked a Double Room through Klook, but at check-in I was informed that the booking in their system appeared as an Agoda reservation and that they don't directly partner with Klook, which was a bit confusing. When I checked my Klook booking again, it only stated "Double Room" and didn't include any room photos. I ended up with a room that had bunk beds instead of a standard double bed. Thankfully, the bunk beds were large and comfortable so it was all good.

Hotel Location: It's close to everything, with stores and a barber shop right outside, and transportation readily available.
Cleanliness: It's very clean, like an expensive hotel.
Service: First, I was a bit confused because I couldn't contact the hotel; it turned out to be self-check-in, but I was assisted. Second, the water went out, but they quickly came to the rescue and brought water. (Note: the entire El Nido area lost water.) Third, we were super happy because we could cook! We had full meals every day; they had a rice cooker, stove, water heater—literally everything we needed.
