The staff were so friendly when I arrived. The room too was clean, although I have a bit of a problem with the cleanliness of the aircon (I am very sensitive to air due to my asthma). It was too bad that the pool and the skydeck was on renovation, I couldn't visit it. I still would definitely book next time I come back to El Nido

Perfect stay, super friendly staff and they remembered our names always. Room was very cozy and clean, breakfast was good. Only thing that might have been better was the Wi-Fi but not the most important since we were here for relaxing

We had such a great experience! The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. Even after we checked out early, they still allowed us to freshen up and take a shower after our island tour. Everyone was so nice and welcoming! Special shoutout to the long-haired staff member at the front desk and the lady with braces. I wasn’t able to get their names, but they truly deserve recognition. Kudos to the entire team for making our experience even better! We’ll definitely be back! ❤️

Good budget-friendly hotel with clean rooms and bathrooms. We only had an issue with the water pressure, but the staff were very accommodating and helpful. Our favorite part was definitely the breakfast, it was so good!
