Great Stay, Wonderful Staff & Food service:We had a really wonderful stay at H Hotel El Nido. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, sweet, and welcoming. They made us feel so comfortable that we didn’t feel like we were staying in a hotel—we felt like we were at home. The hospitality was truly one of the best parts of our stay.The food was also great, and we really enjoyed our overall experience at the hotel.However, we were a little disappointed with the inland tour we booked through the hotel. We expected to have a proper tour with a tour guide who would accompany us and explain the different places we visited. Instead, it felt more like we were simply renting a driver who dropped us off at different locations, and we explored the places by ourselves. Since we paid for a tour, we expected a more guided experience.Hopefully, this can be improved in the future so guests know exactly what is included in the inland tour.Despite that, our overall experience at H Hotel was wonderful.

The place is beautiful, and the “Piece of Sky” spot is perfect for taking photos. The hotel is in a great location too, but since El Nido is quite small, I’d personally suggest finding a more affordable option — this one feels a bit too pricey for me
