hassle free, convenient booking. meetup instructions by the tour company was sent day before and very clear. our guide was Thomas, and he was very good in english. very informative, he has lots of tips and information to share. we appreciate his effort as a guide.

Our tour guide Ms May is very accommodating and knowledgeable of the places we visited. We were immersed in the popular tourist spots in Kyushu. I enjoyed Beppu a lot with the egg, and Spitzer that was provided. Foot soaking also in the hot pool was offered and is a very refreshing experience. book your tour now.

The pre-trip arrangements and communication were excellent. On the day of departure, the driver was very polite, and the car was clean and comfortable. We arrived at each attraction on time. The driver is 䳦䳦❤️❤️❤️, who was quite cooperative with our decision to leave earlier (Kyushu Zoo is so popular, thank you!), and arrived at the hotel in advance to wait for us on the day. He answered all our questions along the way, not only giving us suggestions on itinerary arrangements, but also introducing the must-eat food along the way. The service was very thoughtful! He drove smoothly and was very patient with the children~ Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time, so we only visited the Sea Hell and the Oniyama Hell later>"< Overall, I still recommend the one-day charter service for families with children!

Mr. Kyuyoung Jun was superb! He accommodated to my 3 little children and guided us to kid friendly tour sites and restaurant. We had a lot of fun at the onsen and monkey park. The ten don restaurant was also excellent! Mr. Jun was an excellent guide for us! I highly recommend Mr. Jun!

transport access: just beside the JR Oita station which is very convenient
hotel location: inside the AMU mall with lots of food choices and also a food court, also near a family mart

I highly recommend taking a rickshaw ride if you can find one! Even if you don't speak Japanese, they'll mix in a bit of English and Korean and give you witty and humorous explanations, making the whole tour really fun! It was a little rainy the day I went, but they covered us with waterproof fabric to keep the rain from splashing on us, and they stopped at key points to explain the location and take beautiful pictures. My friends and I were all very satisfied that day!!
