Such a great experience from start to finish! The class was fun and engaging. There was never a dull moment. Fernanda, the chef was very knowledgeable and explained each step clearly, making it easy and fun to follow along. She also gave amazing local tips from how to spot the best authentic gelato to great restaurants worth trying.
We had such a good time creating pasta from scratch, and it actually turned out super delicious! The best puttanesca. We also got to make gelato from scratch, which was the perfect sweet ending to the class.
Overall, an incredibly fun and informative activity. Highly recommended for anyone visiting and wanting a hands-on Italian cooking experience! 🇮🇹🍝🍦

The place is a little hard to find, because it is a restaurant on the right side of the second floor of the market. If you tell it directly that it is the meeting point of the restaurant, it should be easier to find, because the first floor is a vegetable market, and you can't see the sign or information of the restaurant on the second floor. The service staff is very warm and friendly. It is a recommended travel activity, but the price is a bit high.

Had a wholesome family cooking experience with our 8yr old. Julia, chef assigned to us was very friendly and answered all our questions patiently. Ate the pizza we made and ended the class with an amazing gelato.

This was truly an authentic Italian cooking class and I am so happy I had Cristina to teach me her ways! I was on my own which allowed me to really immerse myself in the experience and Cristina was so lovely and accommodating and made me feel right at home in her home! I got to make each pasta and the tiramisu, enjoy eating them as well as appetisers overlooking her beautiful garden and olive trees. It was a true delight and I’d highly recommend! You can skip all the other cooking classes! Just take this one! The instructor carefully guides you from making the noodles to setting the table. Every step is done by your own hands. You can learn and experience so much more. I'm very lucky to have chosen this one 🥰

I have attended cooking classes in many countries, but this time was definitely the most exciting! It's not like a class at all - it's simply being "kidnapped" by an enthusiastic Italian family to take home for dinner! It's as cool as going to a relative's house in Italy to have a meal! I originally signed up to learn how to make Carbonara, but it turned into Ravioli and Chitarra, but nothing. First time cutting chitarra noodles in a “guitar string” wooden box, so much fun! The teacher's homemade tiramisu - coffee + wine + cream... was just to learn how to make pasta, but it turned into a Roman family day of eating, drinking, laughing and teasing! This kind of experience can't be bought with money~
