It was a great trip and I had so much fun. The tour guide was very much experienced and enjoyable during our tour. They gave the best service and everything exceeded from what I have expected. Our Halong Bay tour was amazing, with stunning views of limestone cliffs and emerald waters. Sung Sot Cave was breathtaking with its magical rock formations, and Ti Top Island offered a rewarding climb to a panoramic view. The boat, food, and friendly staff made the whole experience smooth and unforgettable. Plus Tour leader “Lee” made our day amazing!!! Fully recommended!

We had an incredible day on the water. The cruise was impeccably clean and the organization was top-notch, making for a truly relaxing day.
• Food: Fresh, delicious buffet with plenty of varieties. You wont run out of options.
• Staff: Chris as Manager and Jack as our guide were amazing —attentive and friendly!
• Vibe: Perfect pace; we never felt rushed and had plenty of time for photos. Recommend to book their bungallows to get best spot on the way back to the bay.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanoi looking for a memorable, stress-free excursion. Worth every penny!

As a solo traveler I had a wonderful experience with the Halong Diamond 1-day cruise. Everything was well organized from pickup to drop-off. The guide was friendly, informative, and made the long day enjoyable.
Ha Long Bay was absolutely stunning, and the itinerary was well balanced—cave visit, island stop, and time to relax on the boat. The buffet lunch was good with plenty of choices, and the cruise itself was clean and comfortable.
Yes, it’s a long day from Hanoi, but totally worth it if you only have one day to explore Ha Long Bay. Great value for money and highly recommended for first-timers! thank you so much Henry, Ben and the squad for a superb service!

Peter was an amazing guide. Ambassador Cruise is one of the largest cruises in Halong Bay. Everything was planned like clockwork. The room we booked was clean and had a balcony which gave an amazing view of the bay as a whole and a private space to unwind after the activities. The buffet spread was quite adequate to accommodate all food types. The bamboo boat ride and the speed boat ride was a paid activity, but worth it. Just an advice, don't just take the bamboo boat ride; take the speed boat ride combo. Trust me that was the highlight of the trip.

we went to dragon park. super easy with klook tickets - no need to queue. 3 roller coasters was fun. godd kiddy section and lots of shaded areas throughout the park but don't forget sun protection. pretty good priced food and drinks inside. it was really quiet the day we went so no queues for anything!! while we were there we got tickets for the cable car from Klook- instant confirmation. cable car and mountain was really good and includes the cable car return ticket, toboggan/hillside rollercoaster thingy- which was really fun- try both tracks! it also includes the sun wheel- awesome views and entry to the Japanese gardens and bridge- again this place is great for photos with the harbor, boats, bridge and karst mountains in the background. we were there for the start of sunset. easiest and possibly cheapest way is with Klook. 🙂👍♥️🇻🇳
