we arrived there early in the morning to leave our luggages and roam around until 2pm for the check in time. But then my mom is so tired we went back before lunch to check in early even if we pay extra. I appreciate them for granting us checking in early with no additional fee. The location is so good. We were able to just walk going to our destinations (train street, night market, lake, theater and so on). Our room is clean,and the aircon, hair dryer, extension socket are all working. They have towels, toothbrush, shampoo, shower gel in the bathroom as well. Overall, it's more than what I expected based on the reviews here. Thank you so much Charming hotel. Until next time

hotel location: close to cafes, restaurants, and attractions.
cleanliness: rooms are clean, spacious, and well-kept.
service: staff were hospitable and respectful. always serving with a smile. special thanks to ms kate for her excellent service — prompt response to queries, catering our requests and offering services for our comfort.
all this for a very affordable price, id definitely come back and stay here for our next visit!

I had a wonderful stay. The room is clean and tidy. And a big plus to both the front desk staff who are both friendly and accommodating. If you want an easy access around Hanoi I really recommend this hotel. Most cafe and the sleeper bus is near the area. I’ll stay here again if ever I get back to Hanoi.
