Here’s how to get the items you need for your 10-step skincare routine

Step 1: Browse through the online store (catalog) at innisfree.com/ph/
Step 2: Use the official Innisfree Shop Safely from Home Delivery Form posted on their Facebook Page, or through this access link.
Step 3: Fill up the form with your personal information, delivery information, and as well as the products that you are interested in purchasing. If the item that you want isn’t available, indicate this in the sheet and call the listed contact number and email address on the order form.
Step 4: Select your MOP (mode of payment) - BDO Deposit or GCash is accepted right now. Take note of their bank details for when you proceed with payment.
Step 5: Wait for your order confirmation with the exact amount to pay (excluding shipping fee) which will be sent through TEXT or VIBER.
Step 6: Only when you receive confirmation do you settle your payment through BDO or GCASH. Send a photo of the transaction to their VIBER: +639178220669 OR through email at Opns.Innisfree.SMOA@smretail.com
Step 7: After your payment has been acknowledged, you may schedule or book your delivery or pick up. Here are the following options:
- OPTION 1: Innisfree to book your delivery via 2GO. The courier rate is fixed at PHP130. Please give a maximum of 2-3 days from the date of payment
- OPTION 2: Book your delivery through Lalamove or Grab. Please pay the delivery fee directly to the courier.
- OPTION 3: Curbside pickup available at Mall of Asia - Pacific Drive, in front of Hypermarket. Pick up hours is from 10 AM to 4 PM.
NOTE:
- No maximum order amount
- Orders placed during Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the next business day
- Delays may be expected during ECQ
- Transactions are only available through channels stated above. Innisfree Philippines is currently not affiliated with e-commerce stores.
