1. Do I earn points when using the card?

There are no points for non-Klook transactions. The main reward is your Klook Gold Status, which allows you to earn 3x KlookCash specifically on eligible Klook bookings.

2. How do I track my transactions and rewards?

Money/Transactions: View in the GCash App (Transaction History).
For the Klook Welcome Travel Pack vouchers: Go to the Klook App > Account > Promo Codes. Your vouchers will be listed there.
For Klook Rewards Gold Membership Status: Go to the Klook App > Account. Your "Gold Member" status will be displayed right below your profile name.
The Klook perks (Welcome Travel Pack vouchers and Klook Rewards Gold Membership upgrade) will be issued strictly to the Klook account that was used to order the GCash Klook Travel Card.

Eligibility

1. Who can order this card?

You must be a fully verified GCash user, a registered Klook user, and must NOT have an existing GCash Visa Card.

2. I already have a GCash Visa Card. Can I get this?

Phase 1 is for new GCash cardholders only. Existing cardholders will be eligible in early 2026.

3. Is it available for GCash Jr users?

Yes. GCash Jr. are for minors aged 7-17 years old and should be used with adult supervision and/or parental guidance.

4. Can I order the card if I have an international mobile number?

No, card issuance is only available for local/Philippine numbers.
Note: Please ensure you have a valid Philippine delivery address to receive the physical card.

Ordering & Delivery

1. How do I order?

To order, please ensure you are using the latest version of the Klook App (Version 7.34.2 or higher).
- How to update or check your version:
  - For iOS (Apple): Go to the App Store, search for "Klook," and tap Update if available. To check your current version, go to your iPhone Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Klook.
  - For Android: Go to the Google Play Store, search for "Klook," and tap Update. To check your current version, go to your device Settings > Apps > Klook, and scroll to the bottom.
Open the Klook App and search for "GCash Klook Travel Card."
Tap the search result to access the Klook ordering page then tap the “Order Now” button to be redirected to the GCash app to complete your order.
Fill in the required card recipient details and delivery information, then pay Php 250 (this already includes the delivery fee)

2. How much is the card?

There is a one-time promo fee of ₱250 (for the first 10,000 cardholders).

3. When will I receive the card?

Your GCash Klook Travel Card will be delivered within 10-13 calendar days (applies nationwide). Delivery updates will be sent by GCash via SMS.

4. When do I get my Klook Perks?

Your Gold Membership status and Welcome Travel Pack vouchers will appear in your Klook account within 3 business days after you activate your card in the GCash app.

Card Activation & Setup

1. How do I activate my GCash Klook Travel Card?

Open your GCash App and tap "Cards" on the dashboard (or go to Profile > My Linked Accounts).
Tap "Link my Card."
Enter the 6-digit Authentication Code sent to your registered mobile number.
Enter the Last 4 Digits of your card and the 12-digit Virtual Account Number (VAN) found on the back of your card.
Nominate a 6-digit PIN for your card.
You will receive a confirmation message that your card is active.
Note: Your Klook perks (Gold Status & Welcome Pack) will be credited to your Klook account within 3 business days after this activation step is completed.

2. What if I can't link/activate my card in the GCash app?

Usage Limits & Withdrawals

1. What are the transaction and withdrawal limits for this card?

The GCash Klook Travel Card follows the standard transaction limits of a GCash Visa Card.
ATM Withdrawals: Up to ₱40,000 per day.
In-Store/Online Payments: Up to ₱100,000 per day (subject to your available wallet balance).

2. Can I use this card to withdraw cash from local (Philippine) ATMs?

Your Klook Gold Status will remain active on your Klook Account.

2. Can I transfer my Welcome Pack vouchers to a friend or another Klook account?

Cancellations

1. Can I cancel my card order and get a refund?
