THE BEST DAY EVER. Our tour guide, Komang, I honestly cannot recommend him enough. He is so good! He took great care of us and ensured that we are well taken care of and ensured that we're where we're meant to be, when we're meant to be there. He is so knowledgeable and was so fun to chat with. The tour was so good! Had so much fun! If you are trying to decide whether to book this experience or not, JUST DO IT! And request Komang as your driver if you want to be incredibly looked after and make the day go as smoothly as possible.

I had a wonderful experience on this trip. Everything was well organized and exactly as expected. The activities were fun, the places we visited were beautiful, and overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. Our guide was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole trip, which made everything even better. I truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely recommend this experience to others.

This was my first tour, and it was absolutely fantastic! I especially want to thank our driver, GUNN, for his exceptional service! He picked us up from our hotel, which was outside the Ubud area, and even dropped us off at our new accommodation for free on the way back! During the tour, if he noticed the car was getting warm, he would cool it down with the air conditioning beforehand. Even though we couldn't speak any English, he was incredibly kind and friendly to us all day long, always with a smile! I hope this review is helpful to anyone considering this tour in the future! Great driver, Na Nang! Driver contact us 1 day in advance and reach our hotel earlier. He bring us to ATV, rafting and offer to send us to coffee plantation and great restaurant for dinner! Most importantly, he put in extra effort to take care of my son who fractured his leg before the bali trip. Special thanks to the ayung river guide as he volunteer to carry my son down the steep stairs and take extra care & effort looking after him, to just ensure that he can play and enjoy the activities. 9 of us enjoy ATV and rafting so much. As a domestic traveler, I was genuinely impressed with this tour package. Compared to exploring on our own, I found it to be much more worthwhile, both in terms of cost and convenience. The package included entrance tickets to the attractions, 2x meals, and most importantly private transportation. We were picked up directly from our hotel, driven to each destination, and then comfortably taken back afterward. We were also fortunate to have Mr. Komang as our tour guide. He was incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive to every detail. He made sure we had everything we needed—even bringing us towels when necessary. Throughout the journey, he shared fascinating stories about Balinese history, culture, and Hinduism, which added so much depth to the experience. I would highly recommend Mr. Komang to anyone considering this tour package. His warmth, professionalism, and knowledge truly made our trip memorable. We had such a wonderful day doing the ATV riding as well as the rafting. Both places were set up well & gave all the proper safety briefings and instructions. We had the best driver pick us up & drive us around for the day, his name was Gunn. He was so pleasant & very helpful & just a joy to spend the day with. We had the most amazing day today with Moler as our fabulous driver. From the moment he picked us up from our hotel we were very well looked after with our 4 children in tow. The two activities were fantastic, rapids had quite a few steps to get down to reach the river but the kids loved that adventure as much as the rapids. We had shower and change options for both activities and had lunch in between. kids loved the noodles that were on option. Moler accommodated all of our needs and communicated in English very well. Would highly recommend this tour.

It was such an enjoyable tour! Our guide, Lecir, and the driver were incredibly kind, considerate of us throughout the entire itinerary, and took many photos for us. 😊💯🩷 I was a little worried since it was my first time doing ATV and rafting, but it's a program anyone can easily learn and enjoy. The scenery at the places we visited featured magnificent nature and jungle views that you can't see anywhere else. All the staff members we met along the way who helped us were cheerful and very friendly. I will definitely come back to Bali! Our driver, De Sugas, was incredibly kind and always on time. He made everything easy for us and was ready whenever we were. At the river rafting, our guide Dion made the experience so much fun – he was always smiling and had great energy. Overall, we had an amazing day and would definitely recommend this trip!
