Tumpak Sewu, Mount Bromo and Ijen Crater All Inclusive

I am really recommend this journey which took me to the famous volcano and waterfall in Indonesia within four days. Especially I’d like to thanks to my driver Bagus Ariana. He is really professional and safe driver, even in the traffic jam we didn’t feel any uncomfortable at all. He is really sweet and kind. Once, we forgot to bring umbrella and he immediately appeared to save us! He made our trip more wonderful and memorable!

The views were nothing short of majestic. Watching the sunrise over Mt Bromo and the stunning sight of Ijen Crater Lake were breathtaking moments. My favourite was the awe-inspiring Tumpak Sewi Waterfall, with its powerful cascades and lush surroundings. Some hiking commenced in the early hours, but they are worth it. This private tour was good and well-paced, with much time for our own's relaxed pace lead by the guides. Overall, this tour exceeded my expectations, grateful for such a memorable experience!

From the moment I booked the tour, I was impressed with the exceptional customer service. The team was incredibly helpful and responsive, answering all my questions promptly and ensuring everything was smooth sailing. Punctuality was key throughout the trip. Our driver, Mr. Bagus, was delightful and always on time, making sure we never missed a beat. He was also a wealth of local knowledge, sharing fascinating insights about the places we visited. A special shoutout goes to our fantastic local guide, Mr. Lukman. His excellent English skills and friendly personality made exploring each location even more enjoyable. He explained everything in detail and answered our endless questions with patience and humor. The arrangements for Mount Bromo were simply superb. The Jeep ride was thrilling, and the breathtaking views of the volcano at sunrise were truly unforgettable. The scenic beauty of Ijen's blue fire was equally mesmerizing, leaving me speechless with awe. While a road closure meant skipping Jagir Waterfall, the agency went above and beyond to make up for it. They booked me a stay at a stunning resort (name forgotten, but 5 stars!), where the customer service was exceptional. They even whipped up a delicious vegetarian breakfast upon request, even though it wasn't on the menu. This resort truly deserves a standing ovation! Hotel Kampoeng Joglo Ijen was another highlight. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay at the foot of the volcano comfortable and enjoyable. I gladly give this hotel 5 stars as well! My only minor disappointment was with Yoschi's Hotel Bromo. The faulty plumbing and lack of room checks were a major inconvenience, and I wouldn't recommend it to others. Apart from this, the entire tour exceeded my expectations. A small suggestion for the team: providing estimated travel times and accommodation details beforehand would allow tourists to plan food breaks and rest stops more effectively. Finally, a huge thank you to Mr. Andi for organizing such a fantastic tour. His dedication and attention to detail made the entire experience truly unforgettable. Overall, this 4-day tour was an exceptional adventure filled with breathtaking landscapes, friendly faces, and unforgettable experiences. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking an immersive and exciting journey through East Java! Just remember to pack your hiking shoes, a sense of wonder, and maybe some extra snacks for those long drives.

The itinerary, driver, guide, and hotel arrangements were impeccable, especially the hotels were all arranged in local resorts, which was far better than expected.

The driver and the transfer between the tours were great and the car was comfortable. The accommodation is very close to the scenic spot. Although the weather is not good during the rainy season, the volcano is worth the trip. However, the supplier had poor contact and I needed to write letters proactively. On the last day, I was asked to be at the port and show the supplier the Klook screen before they would take me back to the Yogyakarta hotel free of charge.
