Yilan：Qipao Experence & Lanyang Museum & Hot Spring Park Day Tour

Our guide, Bratt WhatsApp us the night before to confirm our attendance. As a tourist, that gave us great assurance to someone whom we can contact in case we are lost or late. We were 30 mins early arriving at Taipei Main Station but couldn't find the right exit from the metro. The easiest is to exit M4 and from the exit that leads us to outdoors, turn left and head to the nearest building (across the zebra crossing). The meet-up point East 1 is just right at the side of the building. Bratt is very attentive to our needs, flexible in scheduling (at 11am, Kavalan has a walk-through tour and he swap the locations so that we can attend this) and resourceful (he recommended a few night eateries to us to have dinner). There are 6 in our group and everyone was cordial, sometimes 2 or the others are a bit late but we accommodated and adapted to each other's needs. Overall we are very satisfied with the tour, just felt that the duration for each location is a little tight. Nevertheless, this tour is definitely value for money!!!

our guide, Jason, was very efficient and he really took care of us. he was accommodating especially when we had questions regarding the places that we visited and he was great at taking our photos.

I really wanted to go to the Kavalan Brewery, so I signed up for this tour. Thanks to the friendly guide James, I was able to go comfortably! The traditional arts theme park was so pretty and there was so much to see. I recommend it to anyone who wants to tour the Iran region comfortably!

This trip was incredibly enjoyable, and we'd especially like to thank our tour guide, Ms. Lin Su-chen. The night before our departure, she proactively contacted us to confirm the itinerary and provided thoughtful reminders, which made us feel very reassured. During the trip, not only was her driving steady and safe, but she also demonstrated great flexibility, always happily accommodating our last-minute requests for minor itinerary adjustments. Throughout the journey, Su-chen not only provided detailed tour information but also shared many vivid and interesting local stories, and gave us excellent travel recommendations. We wholeheartedly recommend this professional and friendly guide; she truly enhanced our trip!

Thank you Johnny for reminding us of the temperature and weather conditions before the trip and for explaining the various scenery and tourist information in Yilan along the way. The most regrettable thing was that it rained and many shops in the Cultural Arts Center were closed, and we couldn’t take a boat to see the scenery. Fortunately, there was the Camarillo Winery so that the trip was not completely ruined.

A nice getaway day trip from Taipei. Transfer was smooth; The architecture of the museum was unusual, the whisky tasting was great and the foot onsen is an experience not to be missed. Guide is pleasant & helpful to take photos for us.

The whole experience was lovely and the tour guide Xiao Hei was friendly and helpful. The pace was good and overall a wonderful experience.
