Bus station is a bit far away from the city center, the bus leave on time and I had a safe ride from Hoi An to Hue (around 3 hours drive without traffic). Thanks to Klook for an amazing experience.

Fast and comfortable! USB-port works so-so, but WiFi is good. One star off because they wrote me that they are waiting for me 20 minutes early and pick up location was different, I had to go to agreed pick-up location and then go to another one with my suitcase, and in Vietnam it’s not very comfortable
You will receive a confirmation notification after booking and one day before departure. The bus departs on time. The bus condition is new, the seats are comfortable and there is free WiFi. It stops at Dam Lap An on the way, and the scenery is beautiful.
the van left Hue on time and arrived in Hoi An in almost exactly 3 hours later stopping at Lang Co for toilet stop and Da nang to drop off and board passengers. seats were massage chairs made of leather and spacious. had a pleasant journey economical travelling alone or in pairs.
There was no delay as everyone appeared 30 minutes before departure as required. Mayla, a cafe (located opposite the yellow stadium), is more of an assembly point. After taking attendance, we were led to the bus which was parked at carpark across the road. Can grab a quick bite or drink, use the toilet at Mayla before the ride. Halfway during the ride, there is a 15 minute stopover at Lang Co, a picturesque spot for toilet, quick bite and photo taking. There was drop off and pick up at Da Nang before heading to Hoi An. Overall journey was comfortable. Highly recommended!
good, driver came on time at pick up location. not everyone came up from the pick up so was wondering if there’s a pick up option from hotel instead. usb ports were on-off functioning, chairs have massage function (more of vibration only) but it was a comfy ride. would appreciate a toilet break in between since the journey was almost 3 hours. driver drove fast but safely.
Take a comfortable bus to Hoi An. The driver was polite and very helpful. The whole journey was very comfortable😌😌😌
