driver was polite and on time. the car ride was comfortable too. the entire journey took around 3.5h as there were other people to pick up too. had a great time in both hoi an and hue!

Ton was very nice and very accommodating. He tried his best to be interactive despite language barrier. He also arrived on time. We had a smooth and safe ride; the seats were soft and comfortable; the car was clean and well-ventilated. Overall, it was a great experience!

The door-to-door transfer service from hotel to hotel was incredibly helpful. The air conditioning and seats in the car were comfortable for the long journey. Water was also provided. The scenic route, filled with lush greenery, was very pleasant. We departed Hoi An at 11 AM and arrived in Hue just after 2 PM, which allowed us to visit the An Dinh Palace near our hotel afterward.

We had a careful driver who drove at a safe speed. Car is new & clean. Driver spoke limited English but enough to get the msg through. Thank you for the pleasant ride & the seamless pick up & drop off service.

We had a lovely journey from Hue to Hoi An. The vehicle was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the driver didn't speak any English so it was a very quiet ride in that respect but we arrived rested and safe and that's what counts 😊
