Hakuba Gear Rental Ski/Snowboard in Nagano

wilson (one of the staff) was really friendly and helpful. store was overall rather busy and the ladies at the counter can be rather standoff-ish but otherwise all good!

1. Shop not visible after Google map told us we reached. Sign board will help. 2. Waited a while at 1125am in the cold as shop not open to get item. 3. Ski and boot seems not good though we beginners, but did not feel same as other vendor previously, as fall more and ski came out easily and hard to put back in our experience. 4. Took a while for the items to be ready. Overall, good first time deal with them as need to start engine with them to have conversation. Support them by choosing them to give them more experience as they have potential in good service since they are young and new.

This package only has shoes and skateboards. Everything else needs to be rented. Socks are 1,000, clothes are 3,500, and helmets are 800. The store staff are very nice. I hope to go there again next time.

I just accidently bought during non winter season, the sistem should aware and don't sell it out of winter area.. I go to hakuba and there is no show.. its a waste!
