Overall a smooth and convenient experience! Just booked the ticket here, printed the voucher I got over email, and gave it to the bus conductor (they get the printed physical copy). I arrived 45 minutes and the bus was already there so you can settle immediately. The bus left maybe 6:03 am and around 10:15 am we’re already there. Seats are comfy and not cramped, plus it has a tray and USB charging port. Didn’t get to try the CR because I was asleep but I heard it was clean. Aircon is working well too. The bus stop at Baguio is directly beside SM Baguio so I just went to SM first to have breakfast. Lots of taxis to get you to your accommodation after that. Highly recommended! Btw, no free water and snacks for this basic ticket so just bring your own.

easy to book and the bus was on time to depart even with a few passengers onboard but they still have to stop at another bus station to get more passenger in pampanga i think. which is good. coz i get to stretch out my feet and buy some snacks and smoke as well

Spent the weekend in Baguio hassle free! Extremely satisfied with our bus ticket purchases The bus was full and glad we already got the tickets with reserved seats. There’s also a free snack and water. Travel time is 5 hours from PITX to Baguio on a Saturday - 11AM schedule. Bus terminal is close to SM Baguio which makes it more convenient.

Another great bus ride! However, just some minor issues some parts of the seat are not fully functional like the charging ports and the arm support. But the bus left on time and arrived earlier than expected.
