Manila - Batangas Bus

So far, so good. We booked for 8 AM and arrived around 7:30, so we waited a bit, which was good because we were able to choose our seats, and we picked the front ones.

We boarded on time, but the process at PITX was a bit chaotic. The teller took so long to arrive that I thought we wouldn't make the 4 AM departure.

I've been waiting for so long.

The Ceres driver and conductor at the Grand Terminal are kind, unlike those at the Ceres Terminal in Buendia.

The ride itself was OK. Only one thing worth mentioning. The bus is overbooked and some people ride on plastic chairs. The locals don’t pay for their children, and they aren’t entitled to a seat. owever they seat and donI had to ask the bus attendant to see to my seats.

wrong ticket booth on the instuction provided at klook website. Gladly I tried to look for other ticket booths and got my ticket few minutes before our departure.

I am pregnant and I have a 2-year-old toddler, which is why I booked via Klook for a hassle-free transaction. However, the conductor and driver were not aware of book-away or Klook bookings. They even made me look for their dispatcher just to secure my printed booking.

It was actually a pointless booking. The bus was overbooked. Initially we were told that they are not accepting passengers until we showed the printed ticket and voucher. We were not placed in our assigned seat. One of us was even assigned to the very front area at the entrance for the bus conductor. This item in klook is very useless. It would have been better to buy tickets on the spot and just be early.

It is just right, not too fancy.

It saved a bit of time, but the vehicle I took still went around Lipa.
