We offer 2 differnt types of Traditional Makgeollies as a taster for Every Participants (Chages from seasons)
You can brew you own Classic Makgeolli with Natural ingredients (Recipes written more than 300 year ago) , and also drink them right after the class. ( We Brew Makgeoli a week before) You can drink The makgeolli 5 Days after the class , in case you're short on time you can choose between The makgeolli We've brewed or the one you've brewed

We had a fun session learning how to brew makoeli. We have some makoeli tasting to start with to learn about the different types of makoeli. The lesson is held in English, and Sean, who is a cute, friendly teacher, is very patient and attentive to all the students. We have fun meeting with new friends from South Africa and the USA working in Korea. We even get to bring back the makoeli we made. As we are tourists and are not able to carry back the makoeli, we were given 1 bottle of makoeli brewed by Sean to bring back to the hotel to drink and also a packet of yeast to go back and brew our own makoeli in Singapore. Overall, this class has created some highlights to our trip.
it was very fun learning about makgeolli and learned lots. be prepared to lug your makgeolli home!
